The indoor pool is heated, with invigorating water features and beds. The Regina Sporting Club is open every day from 7.00 to 20.30 and free of charge for our guests. The water temperature is 30°C and the pool deepness ranges from 60 to 160cm. The gym of the Sporting Club offers the most modern TechnoGym machines. Also available to our guests, the steam cave and the bio-sauna, open from 17.30 until 20.00. The body cheers up more gradually. The imaginary journey to the most distant lands is our philosophy.

Lights and sounds make it a totally unique experience, whilst the grotto pool guarantees total tranquility and relaxation thanks to the various hydromassages.
The multi-sensory showers create an immediate feeling of wellbeing and are perfect for a restorative bathe for spirit and body.
Our guests can also take advantage of the steam grotto and sauna that operate at predetermined times.
It is also possible to book aqua gym and swimming lessons.
Children from the age of 6 can access only the area of the swimming pool with the supervision of an adult.
The hotels reserves the right to limit children access to certain times.

Turkish bath and sauna
For an intense purification and detox process
The steam cave, so called for its rocky walls, can reach 90°-100°C humidity.
The steam mixes essential oils which contribute to the total relaxation of the body.
The bio-sauna, completely covered in wood, can be considered as a softer sauna.
In fact, temperature and humidity never exceed 60°C.
