Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type, lenght of stay and number of rooms booked.

One child from 0 to 2 years is charged EUR 35 per person per night in a crib. The crib can be added in the classic double room, double room with lake view and Junior suite lake view.
The maximum number of cribs in the classic double room and double room with lake view is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in double rooms.
From 3 years old a triple room is required.
Cribs and additional beds are compulsory for each guest.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
If two connecting rooms are required, please book 1 junior suite lake view and 1 double/twin room with lake view

Hotel Regina Palace reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

The hotel parking garage is not guarded.

The positioning of vehicles inside the parking garage or in other appurtenances of the hotel does not constitute a deposit, nor does it imply the assumption of any duty of custody by the hotelier.

Consequently, the hotelier will not be liable for any theft or damage to vehicles located inside the car park or in other areas of the hotel and the goods contained therein.
